Terms and conditions of use
Each order is received online after completing and sending the relevant Order Form. You can be sure that your order has been received from the moment you receive via email relevant update of the order status. During the processing of each order, the stock availability of the products you ordered is confirmed again. In case the availability or delivery time differs from the one indicated on the product page, you will receive an update, either by phone or by e-mail at the address stated during registration.
You are obliged to check all the details of your order during the Order Preview and to inform us for any mistake or changes either by phone or email (no later than 2 hours from the time of receiving the electronic order completion notification).
Before sending the Order Form, be aware of the following information:
- The listed prices of the various products that are displayed throughout the online store Atical Outlet include the legal VAT (6% on the Medical Supplies, 12% on the bathroom Stool chairs for the disabled and 24% on the other items)
- The various product offerings may be valid until stocks last. In case of low / limited availability of product stock, the online store Atical Outlet reserves the reasonable right to execute the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible, ie orders registered by different / separate users.
- Our company strives to provide high quality services daily. The Atical Outlet online store is not responsible or liable for any errors in features, photos and product prices listed on the Atical Outlet website and can not guarantee that there will be no errors for any reason during the import and / or updating the features and / or price of a product.
- The online store Atical Outlet gives the ability to order products that are available through the online store and receive the products through the relevant available shipping methods. In particular, the customer can choose through the online store the product (s) he wishes, as well as the method of sending and paying for them.
- If a user abuses the possibility of payment by cash on delivery (eg repeated ordering of items through the online store without ever receiving them, etc.), Atical Outlet may reject and refuse the order of that user and the pick up from store option.
Force Majeure
Our company is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to the fault of the company or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of execution time. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by any party without compensation.
Modification of This Terms
The company reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will take effect as soon as this text is subjected to any change. If any part of this Convention is found to be void or unenforceable by a court decision, the remainder of the Convention shall remain in force. The company may enter into an agreement for the assignment of its obligations to an appropriate third party. Otherwise, no party will be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations.
Applicable Law
This Convention shall be governed by European and Greek law, in particular legislation governing matters relating to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
