Reasons for Returns & Replacements
The reasons for returning an order or part of it can be the following:

- We do not accept returns on hygiene products such as masks.

- Replacement of a product with a new one. In this case and if an agreement has been previously made with BRONZE ART LTD, the return shipping with the Courier will be borne by the customer.

Terms of Returns & Replacements
